• 10.000 € for down payment, notary fees, and initial consultation
• 75.000 € for accessibility renovations
• 50.000 € for furnishing guest rooms and common areas
• 100.000 € for play areas, garden spaces, and therapy programs
• 50.000 € for creating accessible paths and raised garden beds
• 35.000 € for an accessible and well-equipped kitchen
• 80.000 € for technical equipment, fire safety, and infrastructure
• 600.000 € for the purchase of a suitable property
