created \u2013 lovingly run and fully accessible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83c\udfaf <strong>Who It's For<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Children with intellectual and\/or physical disabilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Families with special care needs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>inclusive children's groups<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solo travelers with disabilities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83e\uddf1 <strong>Our Vision of the House<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We are currently looking for a suitable property \u2013 for example, a country house, former farmhouse, or small ch\u00e2teau \u2013 with enough space for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>several accessible guest rooms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Common areas for dining, playing, and relaxing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a separate living area for our family<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expansion potential for creative, therapy, or movement spaces<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a large garden with animals, raised beds, and playground equipment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83c\udf3f <strong>Why we need a large space<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Only with enough space can we:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>accommodate several families at the same time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>host groups (e.g. from organizations or school classes)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>operate sustainably, cost-effectively, and professionally in the long term<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We are planning approximately ... <strong>700\u2013900\u202fm\u00b2 of living and usable space<\/strong> and a plot of land with <strong>lots of green
